Return Policy
- Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for the following situations:-
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- You received the wrong item.
- You changed your mind (conditions apply, see Section 3).

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:-
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

- Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a product:-
- Returns must meet the above conditions.
- Shipping costs for the return will be your responsibility.
- Refunds will exclude the original shipping fee.

- Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:-
- Opened or used products.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale events.

- Return Process
To initiate a return:- Contact us at info@circlhealth.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
- Ship the item back to us within 7 business days of receiving return instructions.
Note: CIRCL is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Please use a trackable shipping method.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Approved Refunds: Will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- Partial Refunds: May apply for items that show signs of use or missing parts (not due to CIRCL error).
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us immediately at info@circlhealth.com with photos of the damage.
- We will provide a replacement, refund, or store credit, including shipping costs.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please process a return for a refund and place a new order.
