Why don’t you offer single serve sachets?
We’re committed to reducing unnecessary waste. Single-use sachets come with a high environmental cost—from manufacturing and packaging to shipping and disposal.
Instead, we encourage using our Reusable Sachets for on-the-go convenience.

When should I take Hydrate+?
While most of our customers like to take Hydrate+ first thing in the morning to re-hydrate, there is benefit in consuming any time of the day.
Before exercise to pre-hydrate, during or after sauna to replenish, after exercise to aid in recovery. Hydrate+ can also help to curb headache symptoms as they set in.
A serving before your morning cuppa will help to offset the dehydrating effects of coffee, and a glass of Hydrate+ before consuming alcohol will lessen your hangover.
How should I consume Hydrate+?
Mix one heaped teaspoon into 250ml - 750ml of water. Stir or shake to mix.
Adjusting the water volume to find your preferred taste and strength. It’s best consumed in cold or room temperature water.
Why is Hydrate+ not suitable for children under 14 years of age?
Given the limited research on the effects of taurine and citrulline malate on children, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before giving a full dose of Hydrate+ to children under the age of 14.
